It started with a bet on South Downtown

- 2017The first bet
My first step into real estate was buying a condo in Atlanta's South Downtown. I'd heard rumblings of a development project planned within a block of the building, and I was willing to take a chance on what it could mean for the neighborhood. At the time, many people avoided the area altogether. Historic buildings sat vacant, and the sidewalks grew quiet after five. I saw a neighborhood with good bones, a central location, and potential others were beginning to recognize.
- 2022Doubling down
I doubled down and bought a second condo in the neighborhood.
- TodayFront-row seat
I live near some of Downtown Atlanta's biggest changes, including Centennial Yards, the restoration of historic buildings in South Downtown, the Five Points MARTA station transformation, and the revival of Underground Atlanta.
- DailyThe obsession
That bet in 2017 turned into an obsession with urban planning: zoning, transit, and the projects that quietly shape what a block becomes. I still start every day with a read on what's happening in Atlanta real estate and bring that perspective to my clients, helping them make moves that fit their lives today and their goals for the future.
